We are not a boarding facility open to the public
We only board pets in transit
If you pet must board for a night in transit, or a few days before or after your pets travel, please rest assured that we can care for them.
Most commercial boarding facilities require poop samples and multiple proof of vaccinations. We do not. We are not a commercial boarding facility. We typically have 1-2 pets in care or 1-2 family pets
We operate 24/7 to accomodate airline schedules.
We accept all small animal breeds – including cats, dogs, turtles, rabbits, birds, snakes, hamsters, fancy rats.
Alaska Air Comfort Stops
We can offer 24/7 overnight comfort stops for pets in transit from Alaska Airlines or International comfort stop before forwarding on to domestic flight.
Offering a haven for pets in transit, our home boarding facility provides exclusive overnight comfort stops tailored to cater to their individual needs. By limiting the intake to 1-2 families at a time, we ensure an environment of tranquility and personalized attention. Furthermore, we understand the importance of keeping pet owners connected and informed, which is why we offer text and photo updates upon arrival. Additionally, we conduct rechecks the following day, ensuring that each pet’s well-being and comfort are consistently prioritized throughout their stay.
Rates
Alaska Air comfort stops start at $250 for 1 pet – plus rates below for each additional pet.
Typical boarding rate is $50 a day for dog/ $25 per cat
The cats are in a single catio – we can house up to 3 cats per Catio -but 2 is better.
Dogs are in wire crates with multiple walks per day in our large fenced yard. All pets MUST be leashed at all times. No additional charge to administer medication.

Customs clearing
At Dog Gone Taxi we have our own company customs bond so we can clear customs under our business without asking you for personal ID. We can process imports into SEA and all major ports in the USA. We never share your personal information and it is kept confidential. You will NEVER receive solicitations from us.
